Very nice workmanship. However safety seems non existent. No gloves, goggles or safety boots. They could get burned or lose a finger or an eye.

Video was nice but the workers were least bothered about their own safety. Also majority of the SS tubes available in India are not pure SS. It gets rusted and nothing can be done later. Pure SS is bit dull but won't rust and damn expensive compared to bright SS tubes.

They are only tighted with wood pieces
That is not strong after a few months this will be jerking like a damaged teeth

You must use Tig welding to get good finish. Are welding womt give Good finish. Also they must use 316 grade welding rods.

An excellent video and work. I m Chief Engineer Civil from Pakistan. Although all work is done in excellent way but still Corners seems to be sharp needs improvement by skipping horizental and vertical posts and to make it round instead of sharp corners and as they did in placing horizontal 3/4" pipes. Next for safety of kids instead putting 3/4" pipe horizontally they should put vertically to avoid kidz climbing on. horizontal pipes

You say they have high skill but take no precaution to protect their eyes when welding and from grinding the stainless. Grinding without a shield on wheel is also extremely dangerous. It only takes one mistake or bad wheel to permanently hurt you. Working this way is stupid and dangerous.

The cutting angles are not 45 degree it had to be chosen according to the stair slope
45 degree is only for 90 degree joints

why not argon welding? The chrome electrode burrs you use are burning the marble floors.
This is not gas welding, TIG welding

They looted you because my experience all steel which you used is worth not more then 25000 and labour is 10000 and glass is roughly 8000 so total is around is 45000 and they take you 1.5 lakh🤣😂

The spot where the railing is fixed on the wall should use expansion screws, and the railing and the screw are welded together to ensure safety and reliability.

nice work as I am also into the same line of steel railings and steel doors. The workers in the video are very talented.
but for added strength, I would have installed the balusters(legs what you were saying) after every 2 stairs and also instead of welding the 3/4inch pipe to balusters I will go with a bracket which gets bolted to the balusters and has a 3/4 hole to pass the pipe through, it has 2 benefits.
1. It looks good because it is not wielded and doesn't leave the black residue of wielding.
2. it's more sturdy then wielding.
for such railing in 304 JINDAL ss material my price will be 525 per kg. All material 18guage thickness and wielding with MIG/tig.

At video time around 11:50, you have allowed breaking of column. This should always be avoided as it reduces strength of column.

This is completely wrong method of fixing steel pipes in stairs.
It should be done simply using fastners and then welding.
You are doing great job brother because it's not easy to shoot long & then edit and give voice.
Not gas welding.

Tig welding is best for this job

What r u saying every time. What u mean. Very high skil. Is this very high skill. There i am seeing only blunders and foolishness. This is not the right way to build hand rail.every one see that ur workers dont know the basic step of miner engineering work. He not using any type of eye protection at the time of cutting. And hand railing construction is not such type that u r builded. This type of workers and your type of promotrts are very harmfull for the socilal knowledge. Dont follw any one this type of work. And for u "dont do the work that u dont know."
