I have recently started listening to podcasts, I've discovered that I love listening to people talk (makes me feel less lonely. Hahaha kaafi miserable lag rahi hu shayad, but I am good ) Also Boring Talks is the first podcast I've started my year with, thanks to Vaani; I will listen to the other 2 podcasts too.
Vaani thank you so much for the recommendations. I just binge listened to 365 Stories I Want To Tell You Before We Both Die. And... I am bowled out. I am going to savour this for the rest of the year!
Also, listen to "Revisionist History" - Malcolm Gladwell's journey through the overlooked and the misunderstood some of the past events. Great analysis. One of the best from best-selling author.

On your 2nd recommendation, 1. Actually I've never heard/seen anybody insisting to other person to do a difficult posture on day 1 of yoga session. Mr. Pattabhi Jois did so. 2. And might be coconut oil might have solved the problem at that point in time as Phattabhi suggested. Super intelligent western podacaster didn't follow his instructions. 3. This guy totaly defamed Astang Yoga founder Pattabhi Jois in his global 3mins podcast on 04th Feb 2021. 4. Please Think 1000 times before recommending. Thank you.
