No they have certain rules for everything. Im pretty sure toilet breaks are allowed as long as it isnt too often and you take less than a certain amount of time.

The 29 hours WoW run is absolutely bullshit as a record unless that means not getting up for toilet breaks or anything what so ever. I had a 3 day session trying to get lvl 60 back in vanilla myself. Not my proudest moment.

Poor research by content creators. This guy called "MrNoSleep" streamed RuneScape for 100 hours non-stop, and this other guy called Alfie streamed RuneScape for 75 hours. So no, playing WoW for 24 hours isn't very impressive.
Then there is Zizaran who plays Path of Exile almost every day, but when there is a content update or a event, he plays over 30+ hours then sleeps for 5-8 hours then does it again until someone hits #1 or he does. This can last around 2 weeks or more.

Side note; on OSRS there is a guy named Hans in Lumbridge which you can talk to and get the age of your account. I was surprised as hell when I saw my time put in. I can't remember the number at this very moment sadly.

Dark souls is freaking hard game so beating with bongo is awesome, but saying it is the hardest game ever is not true. I think that the hardest game (for now) is Osu cause the things you gotta sometimes do there are impossible but any online game can be hard too, humans are great learners so maybe you can watch some tournament and say " Hey, thats the noob I play with last year"

super ghouls and ghost is one of the hardest games ever. easily. with the absolute best armor in the game, you can only be hit 4 times before you die. AND you can only be hit those 4 times if you're standing still ( so if you're moving when a projectile hits you, you lose all of your armor). if an enemy touches you, you lose all of your armor(no matter how upgraded it is), after your armor is gone you die in one hit and after you die you restart from start of level. AND you have no direct control of your player after you jump. the only control you have after you jump is to decide if you want to jump again. you can use your second jump to jump backwards but that's it. and if it didn't already take you a month of grinding to beat it, you have to beat the entire game again because........ i wont spoil it for you.
