Your voice is really good Phil. But if you're going to play in a live setting like this, just do it live. It doesn't feel very genuine to watch you lip syncing when you're playing outside. Not saying that to hate, but it would genuinely help your videos.
It doesn't look like it, but I could be wrong. As a guitar player also I don't see the mic mechanics, and your facials expressions don't match the intensity of your playing. Plus, recording outside on a condenser mic you would surely hear wind coming into the mic. At any rate, I also do covers on my channel, you should check them out! I would love to know what you think of my work also!

But trust me - it is not so, I record audio through the good application on iPhone, and then change the frequency and add reverb - thats all. I see this techniq recording from one musician in Germany - Just look at that ruclips.net/video/Lh7-6w5oGCI/видео.html. Its Amazing and it LIVE! Also you can hear passing car from 2:16 to 2:22. And my facial expression is calm only because I'm a street musician who performs every day for a few hours, so I relaxed =)
