In Kemet, players each deploy the troops of an Egyptian tribe and use the mystical powers of the gods of ancient Egypt - along with their powerful armies - to score points in glorious battles or through invasion of rich territories. A game is typically played to 8 or 10 victory points, which may be accrued through winning attacks, controlling temples, controlling fully-developed pyramids, sacrificing to the gods, and wielding particular magical powers.
The conquest for the land of Kemet takes place over two phases: Day and Night. During the day, choose an action amongst the nine possible choices provided by your player mat and perform it immediately. Once every player has taken five actions, night falls, with players gathering Prayer Points from their temples, drawing Divine Intervention cards, and determining the turn order before the start of the new day.
As the game progresses, they can use Prayer Points to acquire power tiles. Some of these enroll magical creatures and have them join their troops. In addition to intimidating enemies, these creatures provide special powers!
Detailed miniature components represent the combat units and the supernatural creatures that are summoned to enhance them. Combat is resolved through cards chosen from a diminishing six-card hand and enhanced by bonuses.

in blood and sand theres is a combination with black thats makes legion extremely strong.its 7 max on your troop and you buy the +3 soldiers so your total goes to 15 and then you can have 2 troops of 7 soldiers...i fond it the most consistent build in the game

these videos are nice, I'm curious why you are still using first edition for strategy,? many of the tiles have changed in blood and sand making strategies a bit different.

Specially the blue ones, that were by far the most weak color. And B&S made them a little more viable.

@@OrdemDoGraveto yeah, like the recruitment scribe adding 3 instead of 2

I don't have Blood and Sand. My colleague here at the channel does, but he's a 3 hour drive away.... I heard there were some changes to the tiles though

Good to hear! I think Blue is an interesting tech path to try, especially in combination with Red

You should only invest in Blue if you go last at the first day and nobody has picked blue yet. Blue is by far the weakest color, but it's viable if you're alone in it. If somebody else is already going for blue, don't waste your time, as you would both compete the few good blue tiles, and none of you would get enough of them to make it work.

Yes, I think that's fair, but blue can also support a very viable white strategy

@@LegendaryTactics Blue can only really working with Black. As a Lot of the suplementary tiles for the Blue strategy to work are not in Blue, but on Black instead.
And White isnt a strategy, its a requirement. You need White to be able to play, but White alone dont get you far.

Interesting! I did a video on how to make a white-focused approach to winning - let me know what you think: ruclips.net/video/86_l5H1ZdIE/видео.htmlsi=kPOnfiBokuQJ_mBS
