I am Reiley Martin. I have watched you ever since I was a child. Through all of my parents and relatives saying "That guy just yells at everything, he's too loud." I still watched. You have brought some of the happiest moments in my life, but also the saddest. I am about to graduate from high school this coming Friday. I just got out of the Hospital for the second time in my life from being very close to dying. And I am about to confess my feelings to a girl that is graduating with me that I have liked for 7 years with a written letter. You have been a part of my life through out all of this. You have been my idol and mentor. You were there for me when my parents split, when my dad moved away from me and my family, when I went to the hospital, when I graduated Middle School, during the pandemic, all of it. I want to thank you for that. You kept my spirits up. But I need you. One last time, before I graduate. We all need you. You keep leaving us with no note, no check up, no letting us know you're ok. We know you might not be comfortable sharing with us what is going on in your life. And that's ok, we all respect your privacy. But we need to know you're still there and ok. Just a Tweet every once and a while. My Grandpa just had to go into surgery for cancer to be removed and he is now back in the Hospital because he has internal bleeding. My Grandma is going into surgery for her back. If I can share this with 13.5M people, then you can at least give us something. We will all wait here for you because that's what we do, we know how to wait for you, and we will wait for you for the rest of our lives, because you're worth waiting for. But after all of these times of leaving and not saying why or not giving us check-ins, it's getting really hard. I need you Cory; just one last time. For me. And if not for me, for the samurai. Update: She blocked me on Instagram. I now not only have lost my mentor and roll model, but my love I’ve had for 8 years. My grandparents are both still ok right now, but they’re having a very rough time.
Update: 7/17/22
My grandparents got out of surgery. My grandfather had 6inc of intestines removed. He has to go into get a CAT scan every 6 months for the next 10 years for the Cancer. My grandma had back surgery to take shards of bone out of her cartilage and tissue in her spine. She is getting much better now, able to drive to the store to get groceries. But both of them are struggling a whole hell of a lot right now. Especially my grandpa.
Life is shit being thrown at you. Living is learning how to deal with it, learn from it, and move on

Wow, time sure does fly by. Two years huh. I ended up moving back out to the East Coast where I grew up in Ohio. Trying to make a life for myself. It’s hard out here right now with this economy, but I know we’ll pull through. Cory’s been out for about a year now. And this time I think he’s gone for real. It least in terms of doing it regularly. He might come back every now and then to give us a check-in. But I think his glory days are over unfortunately. All we have are our memories of growing up with him. Who knows, Little Nightmares III is set to announce a release date soon and he said on his Little Nightmares II Finale that he would and I quote, “Be back a year from now when ya’ll make Little Nightmares III”. And I never thought they would. But here we are. So maybe I’ll see ya’ll over there. Until then, samurai love my brothers ⚔️

What I hate about him is that he makes empty promises, and when he creates another video he addresses them and he sometimes do it again. Just the same cycle all over again like Minecraft, Poppy's Playtime, and etc.
I understand if Cory wants to take his time, or if he wants to take a break from RUclips, but the least he could do is alert us from his current endeavors so his fans wouldn't sulk in his comment section waiting for his return.
It just sickens me how people would readily accept someone who not only breaks his promises but also does some bullshit later promising something even better than the last one and not delivering it later.
It's one of the reasons why I turned off my channel notifications for his channel. Unless he has a valid excuse for his unexpected hiatus I have no interest in his channel as of now

Honestly looking at the comments, him just saying "I'm not gonna upload for a while" would work. His fanbase is so loyal throughout all his breaks, that I'm sure a simple sentence could put all of us at ease. I hate to say this, but he is quite lucky most people aren't hating on him massively as most other creators' fanbase would ridicule them to the ground if they kept on pulling breaks left right, and centre.

I don't think he's lucky I think it's because when he is gone his samurai rewatch his videos and are entertained. We all love Cory and he doesn't always know when he's leaving. It could be personal and if we don't accept that then we have a choice. Leave or stay. We choose to stay because we know he'll come back. If he ever leaves for good I'm sure he'll tell us, but until then let him take his breaks. We know that he edits and creates all these videos on his own so he deserves some personal time.

Haven’t watched this video yet. But in the lore and other videos I’ve seen it’s so that they can double as an animatronic when the just need a short stage performance. I’d say it’s a birthday and they need the characters to walk around and treat the child (patting him on the back whatever. Stuff you can’t do with a robot) then they can get into carefully. You could argue they could remove the parts first or have an alternate suit, but I think they just wanted to keep everything intact since these events were one-offs

I know he's said before that he does not like the idea of having an editor. But I feel like maybe posting videos is finally taking a toll on him even more than before. So Cory if u by any chance read this, try out an editor for a few videos just to see what it feels like. I think it would be a good learning experience to see how much you are willing to experiment with your content/what it feels like having other people get creative control over your videos. If you like the idea then great, but if you don't that's also ok!
damn bro, i know hes not going to see this comment, but he really should.. he hand edits all his videos, so acting for a video, editing it for like 5-6 hours a day, then publishing it everyday gets tiring Really fast id assume

I don't think he needs an editor. A year ago he stated that he doesn't want an editor because he wants his edits to represent him as a person. He also does not want an editor to put something that makes no sense regarding to the video that is not even funny. I think his edits really show what he is capable of doing :) Keep up the good work Cory!
Idk honestly if Cory had an editor it would ruin his own editing style and his consistent funny perfect timing meme placements. Editors are great and everything but I don’t think he doesn’t have one because he thinks he can do it all by himself, but more as because he just wants to.
