I would recommend closing 1 day through out the week and being open sat & Sunday for sure . The average person works mon-Fri and some on sat most are off Sunday. Once u grow the business more u can hire a new person and u will be off sat or Sunday since ur the boss lol. Also I agree on the 12-7pm hours cause I get off from work at 6pm Mon-Friday so when I want to go shop or sell ur closed or about to close and I don’t wana be that guy who pulls up 5min before closing . And for the camera angle it work I dig it . Keep up the hustle and content coming

The only time i would have to raise prices is if we start to slow down on buying shoes or expenses get higher. But my thing has always been just sell more shoes even if it’s for a lower margin prioritize cashflow.
