I did t he opposite. I have the mac and also have the zenbook pro duo and I love multitasking on the zenbook pro duo. It's crazy. Especially the touch screen.

Hello, I will be using just 1 external screen. There are 3 thunderbolt 4 ports and an HDMI port for connecting multiple monitors if needed though.
