    🔥 Place in a preheated 356℉(180℃) oven and bake at 338℉(170℃) for 13-14 minutes.
    ✏ Bread dough
    Milk 185g
    Egg 1 (50g)
    Sugar 45g
    Salt 6g
    Instant dry yeast 5g
    bread flour 330g
    Unsalted butter 40g
    ✏ Corn cream cheese filling
    Cream cheese 350g
    Sugar powder 55g
    Canned corn, drained 130g
    ✏ Corn cream topping
    Unsalted butter 100g
    Sugar 80g
    Salt 1g
    Egg 65g
    Cooking oil 8g
    Cake flour 10g
    Corn flour 55g
    ◼ Storage method ◼
    Store at room temperature and, since the weather is still hot, we recommend eating it on the same day.
    Refrigeration is not recommended. If you can't eat it on the same day, after it has completely cooled, individually wrap it in an OPP bag, put it in a zipper bag again, and store it in the freezer.
    When you eat it, you can eat it after defrosting it at room temperature. If you heat it in an air fryer at 150℃ for about 3 minutes, you can eat the corn topping crispy, and if you heat it in a microwave for 20-30 seconds, you can eat it soft and moist overall.
