The Justice System are all levels, DA'S, Prosecutors and Judges have known for 50 years Predators and Pedophiles reoffend at a rate of 95 to 98% Yet THEY keep turning these monsters loose back into Society. Statics indicate by the first time these soulless creatures are caught there can be 10 previous Victems. When are the State Legislators going to rewrite their antiquated outdated soft approach to these horrific Crimmals? And that is a problem for our precious Children.
Trust me, when he gets to jail the other inmates will know exactly who he is. Justice will be served.

No, all they have to do is investigate the charges. They did have a legitimate warrant for CM. This is why they would have to find drugs in the open, lying in plain sight. Finding something in plain sight under a warrant for something other that drugs is absolutely legitimate. The question is, did they actually found the drugs in plain sight, or did they take a sample from his stash and place it in plain sight for their drug case to stand? It's all just a little too convenient for me to buy wholesale.

They search warrant was for child molestation, not drugs. Thee charge won't stick.
They discovered the drugs in the open while serving a search warrant for child molestation. When they discovered the drugs they stopped and applied for a secondary search warrant. The drug charges will stick so long as the second search warrant is valid.
