That Mettaton NEO cosplay won by far... Geez, that's some serious effort. However, the monster kid cosplayer deserves some credit for willingly falling flat on their face.
To me the best one is Grillby. The head is actually glowing like fire and it even glows in the dark, it's just so fricking awesome. It looks exactly like him.

+Eric Fugler There is really no other way to cosplay Napstablook :P One could do the robo fan version, and you can see that a few did. But the in game look of the ghost just look lika that. How should one cosplay that without look like a white sheet ? :>
