Hi Cassey! We have since done more tutorials using different hair types showing how effective Dream Coat is. We recently also did one on damaged bleached hair. 🙂
This product made my hair glossy but on top of that, it made the texture of my hair really brittle and dry. I had never experienced anything like this. I always use professional brands and this was just a no. I'm sad that I have to return it because it did make my hair shiny. I wish they used ingredients that were hydrating. The last time my hair felt like this was years ago after using the Tresseme keratin cream. And it even smelled like a cheap Tresseme product. What a disaster.
They said you can use their Cocktail leave in underneath Dreamcoat. I definitely wouldn't use this alone especially if you are prone to having dry hair.
It's from the proteins in the products, that's what they do to your hair. Try using a clarifying shampoo and it should fix your problem. Double wash with a clarifying shampoo and use that particular kind of shampoo only once a week, the rest of the days use your regular shampoo.
Many people have left feedback on Amazon about this. Great results at first, then their hair starts seriously breaking off. I’ve been afraid to use it because I have highlights. I’ll try these suggestions. Thank you.
This stuff is amazing, i have 3a hair and it leave my hair completely pin straight for a week! Anyone that says otherwise is deffoo using it wrong because its easy to mess up
@@E1234 I honestly don’t really see much of a difference when using it vs. if I didn’t use it. Maybe it’s because of the texture of my hair idk. Im mixed with black and Japanese, and I have naturally loose wavy and veryyyy thick hair. I’d have to say it makes it easier for me to flat iron/blow out my hair straight but it doesn’t give me that “glass like finish.” 😩
So the trick is to put extensions in. Maybe we should talk about how hairdressers constantly pull out their thinning scissors and make fly-always to why could be smooth hair. Bad haircuts , thinning of hair with scissors and bad layers result in non-smooth hair
Silly question…do you leave the extensions in when you sleep or shampoo or swim? What are the care rules and products for that product vs. normal hair?
I've tried every combination possible and I have never been able to get that stuff to work for me either. My hair is ust stiff and straw like in the end everytime!
Oh yeah the model’s her looked like this definitely because of the products 🤣 Use the same products on my hair and blow dry. My hair will be burned on the brush. I have straight hair and same length so it’s not the texture or the style it’s thin. Nothing we can do for a thin hair 😩 if I put clip in i loose my own hair because of the weight
you have to put it on when your hair is still wet, and then activate it with heat by blowing it dry. you might have to experiment a little to see if it works best for you when your hair is more wet or just slightly damp.
@@mayojuno So you shouldn’t just apply it while hair is still wet and then let it air dry and finally then straighten it? I’m guessing the product directly on heat is what makes it work…
Is there a way to blow dry down but not lose volume in the hair? I've tried blow drying downward to get shine & keep the cuticle closed but it seems like I'm losing volume like that as if it's drying a bit too straight. I also flat iron later in the day as well. Is there a way to blow dry down & keep volume?
use hair rollers on the crown of your hair for volume! the straighter your hair is, the longer it would take and the curlier your hair is the shorter it will take
Gorgeous model! Looking for a glass hair look for hair you do not have to use heat on. I love natural, no dye hair, long and no heat, shampoo once a week and use argan oil. Natural hair looks amazing but a good gloss product is nice.
Most are. Believe me, I used to model and you have to shove your feet into shoes that are too small and get stabbed with pins while designers sew garments on your body and then there's the makeup and hair where you are stuck in a chair for 3 hours or more being plucked and bleached and waxed and pulled in every f***ing direction you can imagine and then you have stand up straight and walk down a runway without falling down or showing any signs of discomfort even though your feet are screaming, your scalp is on fire and parts of the dress you are wearing have been superglued to your ass. Who ever has modeled or worked in the beauty industry knows that beauty is pain and torture and even the most classically beautiful models and actresses have to endure things like this and painful and uncomfortable beauty treatments, photoshoots, runway shows, television and movie shoots and more.
Aren’t hair extensions damaging ? Don’t they pull your hair out and cause breakage ? Makes me question how strengthening / damaging his other products from color wow are 🤔 if he’s not concerned with her hair being pulled by extensions? I’ve been seeing some reviews about color wow’s products and some people claim that it made their hair fall. Anyone have any experiences to share ?
Yes we sell it on amazon as well. We have lots of tutorials on how to use it, but the key is to apply it on damp hair and make sure you blow dry it afterwards. The heat activates the product! ❤️
you put hair mousse on your roots, and then this shine spray a few inches from roots down the ends and then blow dry your hair from roots to activate both mousse and shine gloss, btw I do not believe this spray does not weigh down the hair because every product that contains poliquaternium ions like this one, does kill the volume, it is simple chemistry of hair... the only thing we can use to lift up the roots is a mousse or a spray that has copolimers in it like the mousse does
