how do you throw the flash above stairs in a site mirage? is that a walk throw?

It doesn't really matter how you throw it as it will do its job most of the time. I guess the most ideal way would be throwing it while being still so that it doesn't land very far which means that the CTs have as little time to react to it as possible.
