I'm curious where you aim to try to stone a halibut. I can't really figure out where their brain is because of the strange shape of their heads. Or do you aim for the spine?

We aim for the brain and "neck/spine" area. If you go for a good low degree angled shot from behind there is a good chance of stone it.
