Damn! The food shop owner is so sweet, and the way he asked "how is it sir, with that smile, such innocence, i just lost it in that moment, great host! 😍🙌🏻
After watching the video I stopped here just to experience white Pani. Ramesh sir deserves the world for giving away the recipe to his pupils which is now one of the most popular snacks across India. Just like most of us I only knew the Pani Puri originated from town Bangarpert but little did I know Ramesh sir was the creator. After eating here my opinion have changed on other Bangarpert chat places in South Bangalore. White Pani here taste so unique and brings a large difference on contrast to other Bangarpert chat places. I would suggest everyone to support him by visiting atleast once and making him famous because he deserves it.
I am from Bangarpet, even now I go to his original shop where one of his student prassan has a shop now.... my mom used to go to his shop even before I was born since 1991, now after 27 30 years it’s nice to see Ramesh uncle evolving. All major pani puri shops like prasssana, Saravana, Geeta mandir Vasava condiments, and the one near post office circle.... all owe their allegiance to Ramesh uncle. Kindly visit Bangarpet next time for tasting mouth watering Bangarpet pani puri:) cheers 🥂

Love Chaat and Paani Puri or GOLGAPPA as it is called in North India.
So delicious and heart warming and soul nourishing is CHAAT and GOLGAPPA.
the SECRET of the pani is boiling the water, with the spices put inside a cloth bag.. or potli.. hence the clear pani..
But how dont the colour in jeera not spread in water, even if it inside cloth, i guess it should spread may be its my doubt
