WOTB Grille 15 review, nerfed too hard?

There is a lot in this one that was left out, but the video is already 16 minutes. I decided to not mention in detail the obvious aspects, such as the bad armor and bad gun depression. I should have mentioned more how there is more gun depression at the very edge of the gun arc, but this is not part of the playstyle which is what I decided to focus on, it is more of a mechanics thing. I also decided to not show screenshots of the stats of the tank as that is something that most people are familiar with or can easily pull up using this link: blitzhangar.com and I don’t want to waste more time going over stuff you guys have access to and can interpret for yourselves.
