- They sent me a sample to advertise their company and it was used and extremely dirty! When reported the company eventually stated that Amazon take returns and resends them out. WTF #dirty #merchandise #sample #dirtyclothes #amazon #resell #amazonproducts
That’s why you have to check who the seller is and where the item is shipping from.

I ordered an espresso machine from Amazon and it came to me “wrapped” in a taped up box and the pieces had coffee beans and coffee stains on them.
Buyer beware. Some Amazon sellers are dumpster diving and selling what they find to Amazon customers.

@Sew-Ronica No problem. I saw a whole documentary on it. I wish I could remember the name of it. Also, not all fruits and vegetables sold at the farmers market are organic or even comes from the farm. I saw a documentary on that too.

Amazon is getting very sloppy allowing the shipment of used items when we are ordering new. The same thing happened to me for an appliance that I ordered. Absolutely disgusting!

There was no money involved. It was a sample product to help them promote their business, but they sent me dirty merchandise instead.

Amazon sent me “new” drinking glasses that had the word “tips” taped on all four glasses. I sent them back. I do not always check my packages immediately, but I do now.

This has happened to me . I ordered a cotton bed throw from Amazon and it didn’t look new. Got my money back. This is the problem with buying Online. It’s very worrying.
I don't mind receiving an item that was returned. I do mind Amazon, or whatever company it is, not inspecting said item before shipping.

This wasn’t an order though! I’m an affiliate marketer on TikTok to help promote businesses. It was a complete fluke on their end
Remember tiktok Amazon esty etc. Are market places they are not the sellers of the products themselves they feature or promote the product for the seller
I’m an affiliate marketer so most of my items do come directly from.l the company, but you’re right sometimes they do come from sellers of these items. In this instance, the company houses items and sells through Amazon as well and that’s how I received this disgrace of an item
Also wash your clothes first, before wearing ,when you are out shopping . I worked in a clothing store and so many people try on the clothes and some did not smell fresh , sometimes sweaty , and other things , and all we did was take it from the dressing room and place it right back on the shelf. I no longer work in retail
I’ve noticed the same with TikTok. I’ve had a couple of items that were unacceptable…dirty, quality was horrible, looked like something my granddaughter could’ve made. No more for me!

Shopping online is convenient but risky. I still like browsing and shopping in brick and mortar stores and worry about their future existence because so many are closing. It would be sad if we no longer had choices on where we shop.
Walmart too! I received a used kitchen pan ! Nasty! I either threw it away or returned it. Since they do not label new or used always look for certain seller and shipping information.
We are all using recyclable stuff nothing is new just so you know.

I wish I could. It was a sample. I did report them to TikTok. Which TikTok reached out to them and the company themselves said Amazon delivered it and they resend out items that are returned. 😳😳😳

Right. Obviously there was a mixup and damage/used product was sent. I work in retail and some ppl are nasty trying to return dirty used items (that they dirty and used themselves). It happens a lot! Companies aren't perfect
I ordered a shelving unit from Amazon. It was delivered by IKEA and the box was clearly marked as an IKEA manufactured item. I went to IKEA online and found that the Amazon 3rd party seller advertised the unit on Amazon for $175, ordered it from IKEA for $99 and had IKEA deliver it to my house! I requested a refund.

Yes, you should send it back for your refund. Or get advice from them with what to do with the item since its used.
I, here in the UK have been experiencing the same thing with online orders. Its terrible and shows a lack of standards. If its a good company they might offer you some form of compensation or goodwill gesture for your bad experience. But it is happening a lot now.
I never had this happen to me ever and I've been ordering from amazon forever. Never have from tiktok and never will.
I returned shoes to Zappos that had a large scuff. I reordered the shoes and received the exact shoes that I returned. The scuff was the same size, in the same spot - same shoes!

Check the seller’s information and ratings!! Never buy from just anyone. Amazon doesn’t send items. They come from the seller unless they are listed as Amazon Prime, I don’t buy the items. I always check to see if it is used.

I just received a blood pressure cuff I ordered of off Amazon. I ordered a iHealth blood pressure monitor but received a CVS blood monitod with BLOOD on the CUFF AND THE MONITOR. I am sending if back and will order direct from the company.

@@justincase1034 The samples from from tiktok. tiktok contact the company. the sample came from a store via tiktok but that specific company says it didn’t come from their location directly, it came from amazon because they must have warehouses or something via amazon. hope this answers your question Justin

@@carolinaember I am a tiktok affiliate but the package that should have came from tiktok- he business was also affiliated with amazon so i guess maybe they were closer or im not sure how it works but the business owner said it came from amazon and you could tell from the packaging that it did - but its still their business i think its ran by some other manager though. i really dont know i was too disgusted to get more details as i won’t be doing business with them any longer
