Hey rushgk. I have learnt a lot from u, but could u pls make a video on how to improve diving. I play for a club in U 15 team and during training sessions I noticed my hip bone hurts after diving. Could you provide me a tip on how to improve upon this? U have been my motivation and observing you I have improved a lot. Thank you
Maybe try watching some breakdowns/tutorials on diving (there is plenty of them on RUclips) to see if you have the right technique, but hips hurting after diving is completely normal especially if your playing on astro or hard ground. Try wearing padded shorts maybe that will help

Are you on astro turf or normal grass? Bcause diving on astro needs different techniques than diving on normal grass, astro tends to hurt more.
