- Pixel's first horse show! And Roo's... and Izzy's first at a show too. Lynx and I haven't shown in a few years either so it was a busy weekend. I had so much fun with these horses! If you want to watch their tests from the first day I could upload them separately but adding them into this would have made an almost 40 minute video. Very happy with all of the ponies!

The laid back feel to all of your horses really shows your top notch training. Makes me want a horse you've started!
Laidback is all well and good but there isn't enough energy. Which is fine for babies but if you are aiming for 3rd level you need energy
Lynx looked FABULOUS :) He is so well muscled and relaxed; he looks like a small Lipizzaner to me. I cannot believe how bright white you got him too. All your horses look happy and calm -- lovely to see :)
Gosh Pixel is the cutest. Probably the most I've ever wanted one of the horses you've trained.
Sam I love what you do with these majestic magical mustangs. You have helped their plight, and drawn attention to how versatile they are. Tyty for that, you have done more for the American mustang then you know🍀🇺🇸

Amazing rides - all of them! We all knew Lynx could pull it off, but Pixel is the star of the show, as far as I'm concerned. Who would think that a wild mustang with like 8 weeks training could participate in dressage testing and actually perform well?! That says a lot about the trainer and the methods used. You really are very good at what you do, Sam! Much respect and continued success ~

I had no idea they kept the tests the same for so long! Do your horses ever struggle with anticipation of the pattern? Or do you typically just practice elements of a pattern?

Try dropping your stirrups at home and focus on releasing the muscles in your inner thigh. It’s hard to go from jumper seat to dressage seat!

I didnt think you could get all of your scores in the lowest test in a level. I thought for sure it had to be the highest test? Idk to me it feels cheap to get the first level scores without ever demonstrating a leg yield.
I got my scores at 1-3. And if I can ride all the tests at home then I’m not too concerned what test I show.
Shame you don’t show all of the process of the mustang training like you used to , there is huge gaps and long periods of no video content ,
She is very busy and has tons of clinics and training horses…. And you expect her to dedicate all her time to RUclips? I think all of us love seeing videos, but she doesn’t have all the time in the world to post frequently.
I only ever really showed the first 10 days consistently and then an update every month before. Similar to what I’m doing now!
