@@andy34isabor89 The problem with that is heating sake changes its flavor. You can't heat sake that's supposed to be served only chilled or room temp and then judge its taste. He should have purchased sake that is meant to be warm. ...actually can't assume he got the right flavor for any of them since he boiled them. 😅
So you overheated the Sake to the point where you permanently destroyed the delicate flavours. Once you go past the proper drinking temp by more than 5-10 degrees the damage has been done. It’s a low and slow thing man.
The only sake I ever bought was the green bottle there and they told me not to heat it up drink it cold so I was thinking if there is a distinction for cold and warm sake
The Sayuri is my absolute favorite... so smooth and aftertaste is amazing, cant stop once you start.. and ZERO HANGOVER... I go back and forth while drinking between the Filtered and unfiltered, the blue and pink powdered bottles he tested, both are from Hakutsuru distillery...Best served room temperature or chilled.
1:47 thats some pro chop stick usage 5:51 Nigori is supposed to be drank chilled or over the rocks and also suppose to shake the bottle before pouring but never hot Basically any of the sweet tasting sake are suppose to be chilled or with ice
Yo just an idea, you should sell your own shot glasses/beer glasses. It could be extra money and you can have a company make them for you with your logo like drop-shipping. It’ll align well with your channel

Came across this "review" you drank easily the BEST sake out of the bunch heated when it's supposed to be served chilled. Also the rest of the sake was warmed WAY too much.
You’re really only meant to drink sake warm during winter, most are meant to be served chilled or cold. It all comes down to preference though. if you want it warm drink it warm, if you want it cold drink it cold. there’s no specific reason really. Some are crafted for people who prefer it warm and some are crafted for people who like it chilled.
You may have got a bad batch of the first one (hakutsuru draft), I just tried it and it was very smooth… maybe it was because you’re not supposed to heat that one?
Hey 👋🏾 anyone tell me where can I buy this? Because when I go to hibachi steak house in silver spring our cook always ask if we want some. I get it all the time but because of this padamic they’re not having sit- in so I want to buy some sake. Today is my birthday
Light & clear would be the title of these beverages. I like how you keep it elegant to a cup as opposed to drinking straight out of the bottle. Presentation counts indeed. 👍🏻 Not bad for a 2020 vid.
You are great! I dont know why but after a day of hard work, i sit on my couch, drink a beer and whatch your vids, very relaxin 👌🏻😍 Greetings from Kosovo
nigori creme de sake is one of my go-to sakes for cheap but you should drink it chilled and shaken not warmed and lightly shaken trust me its goooood.... i cringed when you tried this one this way but either way i really do like your vids though keep it up i watch pretty anytime you drop a vid
Nice video bro. I’m a bit too late. Who can recommend me sake for a hang out? I liked it cold mostly the one I buy it’s an organic sake from Whole Foods
late to the party, but it might be worth sipping instead of shooting. I believe most Japanese sip sake and enjoy the flavors slowly instead of all at once
I just came back from a sushi restaurant I drank it cold I drank 2 whole bottles the pink and blue one the pink just tast like vodka the blue was more dry but smoother. I liked better. The first bottle did not faze me the second bottle I had to maintain because I was buzzing not a big drinker here
Hakutsuru sake (The one you liked the least.) Is supposed to be served chilled. Not all sake is meant to be drank warm.
I just tried the hakutsuru draft at room temp and it was super smooth…
I had it warm many times and I definitely think it was better warm.
Definitely drink it chilled for the best taste.
Thank you I was starting to get worried
I take it both warm and chilled depending on the weather. Almost chilled during blistering heat, chilled during cold season.
Good god man, read the bottles! Majority of those are supposed to be chilled or at room temperature!
Some of them you can heat up and it even has instructions on how to heat it up
A lot of specifically say to chill
@@Mikey-ym6ok thats why I said some haha
He said he was going to warm them all up dude. He obviously prefers warm sake

It was the chugging of the sake at the end that really did it for me.

Never knew that, its good to know now. Thanks man
the cloudy unfiltered sakes, those are supposed to be chilled
I decided to boil it all lol. Thanks for letting me know, ill get it correctly next time

How does this only have 77 comments your videos are awesome
And generally speaking a lot of cloudy sake is closer to a dessert wine
For some reason iv been craving sake even tho I havnt tried any b4 oh and I want sushi xc lol

I'm glad your enjoying them, thanks for the kind complement !
Bro, you were WHACKED @ the end,,,,,,LMFAO,,,,,one of the best fun videos ever. I'm laughing my ass off as you keep chugging them down. AWESOME !!!
Is it becesary to drink it hot or you can drink it cold?
Awesome video bro, made me want sushi 🍣. Been loving all the videos this month Super 🤓
Do you have to heat sake up?
God dammmm I did not expect that chug at the end your a legend for that
Where can I buy them? (Internationally?)

LOVING your video ideas recently!!!

Where can I find these drink at
Asian markets idk lol
I haven't tried Sake in years, gotta go get me some now
haha one bottle is all you need rolling =)
So if some of them are better in certain temp why warm everything up
I just cannot believe how anybody who is making a video about tasting sake does not know that you do not heat it that way. Just mind boggling.

Hold up I drank one and thought I had to get it cold to drink so I have to heat them up ?
instructions on the back of the nigori creme de sake "shake well and chill before serving" lol
Saké isn't a shooter. It's a sipper. So many things wrong in this video. I'm surprised you didn't just try to heat it with open flame...
Great vid. Keep up the good work 💯💯
Always like the cloudy quite a bit better than the clear.
I'd be drunk as fuck putting this many shots away so quickly lmao
Does Sake taste better Warm or Cold?
Bro amazing videos this month. Very entertaining and chill. You're amazing super
Your uploads this month have been amazing!! Unexpected and awesome 👏 great vid!!
Why heating it?
You finna be loaded.
I’m not such a fan of this one. I’ll have one more shot😂
😂😂😂
Thanks for your review
You gave me a few ideas on how to find a few good ones.
Sake with rice koji needs to be shaken well 🤦🏻
Thanks. Very useful 😘👍
I don’t understand how heating that doesn’t push the ethanol right out of solution.
Best way to warm up sake. Is to boil water first. Remove from Flame and let the bottle sit in the hot water.
Junmi sake is best at room temperature or cold, u should try dasassie 21 sake... But it like idk 200 or something per bottle
You are great! I dont know why but after a day of hard work, i sit on my couch, drink a beer and whatch your vids, very relaxin 👌🏻😍 Greetings from Kosovo
Hakutsuru is one of my favorites and I buy here in my local area in Buffalo NY
Don't do what he does with the sake in the video :)
My like made it 1k!!! nice you deserved it for the chug at the end! 😝
I'm glad I watched before buying, I didn't know they had to be warmed..thx
I had the silver bottle and it def was not good. Was pretty rough. Had the harshness like a watered down Smirnoff.

Nice video bro. I’m a bit too late. Who can recommend me sake for a hang out? I liked it cold mostly the one I buy it’s an organic sake from Whole Foods
Good video if you need a lesson in how to ruin some bottles of sake.
The 2nd one is to be drank cold only. I buy it all the time cold.

That was entertaining, I might want to try them now.
Taste like water down vodka to me good video bro keep em coming
That’s soju
