I love using the products of pilgrim. Alpha arbutin vitamin C serum works wonders for me giving me a glowing and even skin tone.. No break outs after using. Also the lava ash face scrub is good too.
Timely video Jovi! Was scratching my head about this brand everytime pilgrim add popped up on my screen. When I checked for your reviews on this brand couldn't find one so just kept ignoring pilgrim. I bought 2 products from Pilgrim.
1) The squalane day cream
2) Retinol night cream
However, I'm unable to reach to a conclusion on these products. The squalane day cream is a huge no from my end as it made my skin very oily looking. I have normal skin but I did not enjoy this product at all. I tried using it 4-5 times but I ended up looking drenched in oil. Maybe if you have extremely dry skin, you might enjoy. It did make my skin smooth but it's a pass.
However, the retinol cream I really enjoyed used. It is my first time using anything with retinol. Read a lot of reviews and purchased. Loved the texture. Dint break me out. My only concern is, from a night cream I expect that level of moisturizing throughout the night. No doubt as soon as I apply, skin feels amazing but that feeling is not long lasting. In the morning I do not feel anything special or good about my skin. Feels very normal. Previously I was using the night gel from plum and for those of you who have tried the product would know that the feeling on the skin is amazing. However, I like trying new products.
Jovi, can you please recommend a great night cream( moisturizing and leaves skin smooth and makes me feel fresh and nice in the morning with healthy looking skin) ?

I tried retinol night cream .....it's working wonderfully on my skin.

Using the hair growth serum on the crown and side where I have bald patches. Half bottle done. It doesn't cause hairfall or greasiness. Will take a little more time to talk about hair growth.

Tried the alpha arbutin serum and the Vitamin C serum from Pilgrim. My skin broke out like never before and there was excessive purging. Their products have a high amount of artificial fragrances. Pilgrim doesn't work for me at all!
This happened to me...I was so frustrated but Cetaphil facewash and moisturizer saved me
I'd tried Minimalist arbutin..oily sensitive skin..suited me well 😌

Fun story: I bought the chemical peel recently and it is my first bottle of any chemical peel. The first strong chemical peel ever. And I remember being so excited bout it that while I was taking it out of my box, it fell and broke. I lost almost half of it and I think some of it is oxidised. So yeah, a very very very fun story. 🤗🤗🤗

Currently I am using glow moisturizer and under eye cream from the pilgrim squalane range. I would say the squalane range is magical, glow moisturizer is perfect for oily skin people, it is easily absorbed in the skin without making skin greasy or oily and gives a fabulous natural glow. Eye rollon is also good.
Looking forward to try more products from pilgrim squalane range.👌👌

@@Priyakumari_3004 ,it's good. It's the first time I'm using a serum with hyaluronic acid, was using the ponds super light gel which is equally good. For me it's more of trial and error. You too will find something which will suit you , make sure to do a patch test before trying out any new skin care product.

I'm currently using their squalene and coenzyme oil.
I'm using hyaraulic acid serum and squalene moisturizer, my skin developed small bumps which I noticed after 2 days. Never had such irritated and bumpy skin before

The serum is decent but i may prefer ur other recommendations like DermaCo which is all-time Fav. The hair mask smells heavenly and really softens my hair. Great to know more from you 😀❤️

I tried Pilgrim product about 2 or 3 years back. It was their sunscreen cream that came in a tub. I think it offered some coverage also. I can't even remember the name. But oh my gosh...!!! It was a nightmare. Horrible, patchy texture. There was a film, layer of water in the tub. Looked like the paste had not been mixed well, so everytime I had to use it, I had to mix the whole thing with my finger and then apply. It was so yucky. I stopped using it on my face and I thought I will just apply it on my feet. I did use it on my feet few times and then I stopped completely. Did not want to throw the tub away cos a lot of product was still there. Few months later I threw the tub of Pilgrim sunscreen when the dumpster truck came. That was the first and last Pilgrim product that I ever tried.
Any of you here tried or remember that Pilgrim sunscreen that came in a tub????

HI! after using the chemical peel can we apply the aqualogica sunscreen which has vitamin c in it? or the niacinamide one? or should one avoid both?

I have been using Pilgrims hair serum for a while now, finished two bottles but did not see any changes to my hairfall but yes I saw some hair growth but eventually what's the point of new hair growth if the hair fall doesn't stop.

Tiny. bumps on your face or in the product? As mentioned in the video, your not supposed to use it more than twice a month.

Pilgrims products are a big no for me. Last year I bought a couple of pilgrim products and none worked for me. Their under eye cream is the worst eye cream which I have ever used. It got my under eye area burned. Their shampoo made my hair dry.

yes it is. Secondly, non of these peels should give you instant results. They give results only with consistent use and a good rest of the routine that supports it.. I dont know your routine so Im not going to assume :)

Pilgrim didn't work for me at all! I have combination skin and when I tried their serum and face wash, it just broke me out...stopped using after 2 uses...never going back...there are far better products in the market
