well funny enough the cheq hen & big leo have paired up pretty darn fast i am so suprised watch what happens soon as i put a nest bowl in!
These are going to produce some pretty impressive little racing pigeons i think!

yes, im the same, i actually like breeding the birds the most out of all the pigeon keeping aha they are just fun to watch and you never know what the babies are going to come out like!

Kurt move the white hen new nest bowl to the left hand corner away from the chicks nest bowl buddy.. believe bit or not they like a bit if distance between them

This breed is called eagles in northern Nigeria, I have a pair that I crossed with bullets. So Leo will look bigger had it been my crossing.

Hey mate, I've got two babies that are 20 days old that I'm hand raising. Any tips? How do you know when its time to put them in the loft. Obviously eating on their own, full feathered anything else I should look for?

long as they are eating and drinking on their own then they should be fine, they will just watch and learn from all the other birds in the loft pretty fast
When the white hen lays an egg there’s a possibility that she will stop feeding the young ones... some of my pigeons do that and it’s annoys the shit out of me
lets hope that does not happen, if they get to annoying for her i might have to wean them early

I have rescued a baby pigeon 2 weeks ago and today was its first day flying around the back yard and on the neighbours house etc and it has hardly got feathers and no feathers under wings , it is about 3 weeks old

Hi bro. I have a pair of fantail pigeons. Femail pigeon shows intrest on male and courtship around male (even trys to feed male pigeon) but male is not showing up at female in return. Female even try to mate male by taking lead over male. (Is this situation common among pigeons?) But male pigeon is very active to play around us. It plays with female but not mating each other. Only female trys to get over male pigeon (unsuccessful) Please give me solution.

Hi sir As Iam having racing pigeons due to some personal reasons I didn't done breading of my birds. In Last April just for practice with some birds I have started breeding but in every pairs 1 squab is effected with spayed leg problem. Sir actually in November I start breading.
Sir so I need ur help for further going what to do.
sprayed leg can be from not slippery nest bowl, is there nest material in nest?
