- This is the new 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT Crew Cab! This Sierra 1500 comes in white frost tricoat on dark walnut/slate perforated leather interior. The powertrain consists of a 5.3 liter V8 engine mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. Standard features include bluetooth audio, backup camera, and the all-new WIRELESS Apple CarPlay! Options include a power sunroof, heated/cooled leather seats, and adaptive cruise control!

Just bought one of these....5.3 SLTs. Cheyenne red. Has most of these features. I ended up with over 9000k in incentives off of a 60,250 sticker. I drove it home, 450 miles from the dealer where I bought it. I loved everything about it, from the adaptive cruise control to the auto bright/dimming headlights. It has plenty of power. BUT, one thing I have to disagree with, after 8 straight hours on the road................the seats are SOOO uncomfortable. My wife and I were both twitching around after the first hour or so. I do love the truck, but I couldn't wait to climb out of it. It definitely won't be going on any long road trips until I can figure something out.
Orange Crush -- Sounds like the seat foam is too hard if it's that uncomfortable .. Nothing you can do about it, other than take it back.. Sorry this had to happen to you guys... Not everyone is going to like it, some will love it...
I purchased one of these a few weeks ago in "Pacific Blue". I really love it, drove it down to Florida for vacation and it was a very pleasant, smooth ride.
Nice choice! I just bought a 2021 SLT in Pacific Blue 2 days ago. Love the color. Drove 2+ hrs to get the specific truck, price, etc. So far, so good.
Curious to know if the ride and sound are actually better than my 08 and 13 models... GM reuses so many parts that I'm worried this is just the same darn truck again. You guys notice a quality increase?
@@joelcrow this is my first GMC/Chevy truck, so I cannot answer that. It is a very smooth and quiet ride, though. Very solid.

If the ‘22 adopts the new Tahoe interior, it should at least be a decent step up. Ram set the bar pretty high, though 🏆

This trim of Sierra is a good value truck for the $47k they are offered at regularly around my area. I mean, wish it had auto wipers, the surround view/bed view cameras, and maybe a pano sunroof to brighten the dark interior. Otherwise, it’s a good buy if you can get for 10-12k off.
Spray in bedliner comes with Premium Plus pkg, actually, which this truck has. Includes the sunroof, the auto cruise control, blind spot/cross detection, nav, wireless charger, and the “Blows” stereo.
Can’t wait for the 2022 model... probably won’t be able to afford it till 2025 lol :🤣😭

About the go to dealer today and was looking for a good review. Simple and to the point. I feel like all the hater comments on here are ram owners bashing the outdated int. That wood grain look is only an option. Still undecided to trade my tacoma or get this.

Yep. GMC should fire all designers. My 2011 Denali HD has interior from previous century. I dont really wanna go to ford or dodge, but GM gives me no choice

Biggest mistake of my life was buying my 2021. Paid cash, and anyone ho buys vehicles without financing knows the dealership couldn't care less and treats you as less....they want that loan money...avoid these vehicles imo
Not sure why the interior gets so much hate. They for sure could have done a minor redesign on the interface, but overall, it’s very functional and doesn’t look bad at all.

Ram has the best interior. GMC needs to update ASAP and they will get more sales.
It looks like they kept outdated interior like GMC did, but slapped on the wood paneling and hoped the consumers would find value in that. It also got kinda boned by the fact Ram came out swinging this year

Interior is so outdated! Only reason I won’t switch from Ford to GMC. Exterior is the best looking truck I ever seen.

Purchase this truck in black. All valve lifters replace with less than 3,000 miles on it. Got it back and in less then 1 week it is headed back to the dealership this morning. Display showing vehicle may stall. Steering is failing, truck won't shut off, in neutral the truck will still drive. I am regretting ever purchasing this truck!

I bought a 2021 GMC Sierra 4x4 , and it drives smooth, but when I turn off the engine ,is it normal to it to crackle like popcorn by the break pedal (computer memory) ,is this normal ?

Yes, I think there’s a noticeable difference. Is it worth the extra money? Depends on how important that is to you.

Alot of the videos show side steps on the trucks. Boyfriend waiting on his new truck slt off road package, does it come with side steps? All these trucks videos like his show side steps but spec sheet doesn't show side steps

I don’t think they have the 10 speed with the 5.3. It should be an 8 speed.

I guess GMC just don't get it. You make a great looking truck with a dated interior. I mean their sales would skyrocket if they just got that simple fact. Do like the Chinese, take the best interiors on pickups and just copy them, and of course call it your own. Why not listen to your customers ?

Didn't watch review..but my 2021 sierra is the biggest hunk of shit. $50,000 vehicle without wheel controls, backup camera and scrwen is the quality from 1999....oh and the ecu already went out at 4000 miles. Im not stupid enough to take out a 9 year loan on a Denali so i guess it is what it is..Do not listen shills..or anyone who thinks $80,000 for a vehicle they use as a 2x4 hauler is acceptable.

That dash is terrible. Tiny screen, ghetto looking gauges for this kind of money? Better of with Ram or new F150. Otherwise they would have my money.
Who in the f*ck removes their tow hitch , so they can lower their tail gate. Between my F-150 and the old Ram , I’ve never removed my tow hitch In 12-14 years.

Worst truck review. Knows 0% about truck features. 100% about info center. Or as he calls it a "gps screen". Zero mention of Multi task tailgate. Zero mention about running boards. Zero mention about horse power. Zero mention about hidden rear seat components. Zero mention about x34 packages features.
