Hello, following your vlogs for a while now, really appreciate the effort you put to make these amazing videos.
I request you to take up only Karnataka food challenge whenever possible.
Some of the dishes that you could prepare at home itself are:
For Breakfast:
- Neer dosa, akki rotti with korri gassi.
- Paddu with shenga chutney.
- Mangalore buns.
- Bisi bele bath.
For Lunch/Dinner:
- Rice with doddapatre/palak tambli and bassaru - soppina palya.
- Ennegayi palya with jolada rotti. - Chitranna.
- Kodambattu with pandi curry (Coorg style).
For Snacks:
- Bonda soup
- Golibaje
- Maddhur vada
- Masala vada
- Girmit
- Kane Rava fry.
For Dessert:
- Shavige(Vermicelli) payasa.
- Gasagase(poppy seeds) payasa.
- Madli.
These are some of the traditional and daily eaten food in various parts of Karnataka.
