Only a few singers touch my heart and josh is one of them. I could listen to him everyday and never get tired of his voice. So many beautiful songs he has recorded. This was such a beautiful song and his voice is just amazing.

Remembering the first time I heard that voice on the radio and struggling to hear the name. Who can sing like that! There are many great singers but Josh stands alone, this song makes me cry, who else emotes like this. Warning, if you've lost someone dear to you you will cry too.

As for women I could make a short list of relatively unknown women who have shaken me and I like the Celtic Women concerts. One that comes to mind is Hayley Westenra, Prayer, the entry and background instrumentation set the mood.

This song has been one of my favorites for almost 20 years. I love it so much.
My wife and I lost Mr. Toto, our male Tabby cat this past August 10th, 2020.
It was on a Saturday at work my wife called me and said Toto had lost the use of his hind legs.
When I returned to the apartment I picked up Toto and took him to the litter box so he could go relieve himself.
Afterwards I placed him in a large box, then on to the Vet my wife and I drove him.
We spoke to Mr. Toto, and while driving I petted him the best I could.
Once at the vet the doctors said blockedge from his hart traveled to his hind legs, paralyzed them both, with no hope for recovery.
My wife and I made the decision to put Mr. Toto to rest not knowing if he was in pain or not.
Before he went to sleep for the last time my wife and I told him how much we loved him and said to him that he and his sister Stache had brought much love to the both of us.
Ms. Stache was a sweet gentle soul and she had passed earlier, my wife and I believed Toto missed his living sister so much and just needed to be with her.
We like to believe that Mr. Toto crossed the Rainbow Bridge, reuniting once again.
Josh Groban’s song “Remember When it Rained” is so in-depth and brings to light how much Mr. Toto and Miss Stache are still very much in our heart’s.
The music is simply Beautiful.

It's actually a song about finding peace and joy within Christ when self has polluted the soul. The darkness represents the world and its shadows (pollution) and the water represents God. Very lovely lyrics from a very deep soul.

I simply have too much to say. I do, however, want to appreciate how much power and talent shown through in this performance. To play such a gorgeous arrangement on piano and still hit those notes is incredibly impressive. His piano solo is from another world but his belts are out of this universe. He is playing so hard, yet he perfected the TEN SECOND long note at the end. What an absolute legend. Talented, caring, relatable, hilarious, insanely attractive. I'm so lucky to be alive at the same time this man is.

I have music by josh and Celine Dion and other great artist that had such amazing songs and voices. I do love to listen to Jordon Smith that won on the voice. He has a beautiful voice and one that can compare to Josh. He has a lot of Christian music out. He could have really been famous but he put God in his life first. When I heard him on the voice I knew he would win because you only here voices like this from people who just sounds incredible.

Compare it to what they call art today…. To paintings two year olds could make at the crèche. !! And then it costs millions. My own father is a sculptor and painter for decades now. But at least he is keeping it real. People are crazy nowadays. The modern world has taken all sentimental and romantic touches away from all forms of art . And that is really heartbreaking. It’s not about skill so much anymore. And those of us that are romantic at heart and who appreciate the finer things in life are very much stunned nowadays about what trends.

It’s hard to believe that a petite man like him can have a voice so strong. He is in the same class as Pavarotti but there is something special about his voice. He doesn’t just have an extraordinary opera voice… his voice is filled with such tremendous raw emotion and passion and sentimental value. Far beyond any other opera singer I have ever listened to.
Living the Josh since he first came on Stage. I have been to several of his concerts. He is so talented with his audiences. His voice is the best I have ever heard. AWAKE is my favorite song, SO beautiful. Thank you Josh 💜

@Josh gorban Dear Josh, Thank you so much for responding to me. WOW, you were 17yrs old when we found you on a tv show. I still have the VCR tape of it....along with almost ALL of your albums and video shows. You are special to me because you helped heal my at that time, my 3yr old granddaughter with that 1st time appearance where all of us watched and rewatched your show. Sarah had a Blunt Force Hit to her head with a sever bleed. She became a Special Needs child. She is 22yrs old now! She still listens to your CD/DVD's in her room. I am her adult guardian. You bring beauty into our lives. I LOVE the song "Awake". I read it at my dad's funeral service infront of the church. It was like it was written for my parents. In dad's last days, he would say, "Sis, please put Josh on"...Thank you Josh! The words and music are my favorite. I am a retired Long Term Care nurse. I just lost my husband Richard. He passed on into the Lord's arms quickly while in the hospital in less than 24hrs. He would have been 94yrs old. I am 20years his junior. I never got to be with him due to the covid. So sad for so many. Josh Groban, never stop sharing your beautiful gift of music with us. We love you and your wonderful God Given Talant. Sarah and I have been lucky enough to see you in the Sacramento area. I have been and taken friends to your concerts and miss those time and some of my friends also. God Bless you and your family. I just love Josh Groban’s voice. A true singer who doesn’t have to scream into the microphone like so many singers and you can understand every word he sings. A really great singer!!!

No matter how many times I watch this video or hear this song I’m still awe struck with your talent and the song itself. This song is deep and filled with pure, raw emotion, at least that’s what I feel. Every time I hear a Josh Grobhan song it’s as if I’m hearing you sing for the first time. I am happy that I stumbled across such an amazing artist because your songs keep my company many days at work. The lyrics are clean, meaningful and motivating and the melodies do the rest. My introduction to you was watching an episode of CSI New York a long time ago believe it or not. Your song Happy in My Heartache was the featured song at the end of the episode and I fell in love with your voice first then the melody and then the lyrics. I immediately googled this song and the rest is history. There’s no going back now, 😂.
