Because you lose a lot of freeze chance with Touch of Anguish =/ It's a good claw though, you can use it, but keep in mind that you are not going to freeze your enemies very much.
i don't understand how that wise oak works? 130% fire 120% cold so they both penetrate ele res? 120% cold 116% lightning so they both reduce ele dmg taken by those elements by 10%?

Sure thing bro, when your gear is complete you can beat endgame content. But remember, Uber Atziri, Guardians, Shaper and Elder requires more than a build to beat, you need to learn their pattern and dodge when the time is right :) Have a nice day bro!

i don't get it this build. it doesn't add up because i read wiki, you can't get frostbite and frostbomb for ranger in quest and vendor reward. how do you get it? besides getting a friend to buy for u or playing another class for storage shared? lol

Hello bro, if you have 6L start with all the gems supporting Frost Blades... Frost Blades itself you don't need to worry with 20% very much :)
