very informative video. Hence we have to keep the esd file under 4gb then we can't install many apps in a windows which is a down side for me at least. Can you tell me how many apps you installed in your process so at least i can calculate the minimum number to items i can keep.
I have done this for windows 11. But, after convetring the wim file to esd file the size of the esd file is 5.5 GB. How can i reduce it?

Adding drivers is an optional thing. Create a folder $OEM$ under the root volume of the ISO and add the driver files (extracted ones, not exe) and try.

I see your video, Its good for Pre Installed software OS , but when I tried to create this type of OS , its size is 11.05 GB after installing all the software and sometime I got the this type of error : The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log
