Honestly, in our country, when someone speaks English or tries to speak English, people think they are showing off their skills and people are making fun of them. After watching this video, I really want to share my story here. When I speak English with my friends, they tell me, You are not from the US/UK, so you don't need to speak English. They can't appreciate you for learning or using a new language but constantly make fun of you.
