    A very nice and tidy job on that dio, Andy. Well done. The 22W Falcon seems to be the most suited for scale modeling, innit?
    Cheers.

      Thank you! Yes, it does seem very well suited at 22w 👍🏻

    Just when you thought you were safe from us... 😂
    Great video as always mate ❤. Trouble is, im no use with anything techno. & computers dont like me hitting them with a hammer... 😂
    But as always, the videos are fully informative & a pleasure to watch. So hopefully Josie will soon be up to speed with it all. Maybe one day I'll get one but Josie will have to do the computer bits..
    Hopefully your chanel is going well still, you certainly deserve it.
    Best wishes for continued success
    Phil & Josie

    Great video, sweet little diorama and that laser cutter is very impressive, the bridge is so realistic.

    What was your air assist issue? I’m have some problem, possibly the same, with mine. I also missed the firmware update to the laser head, so thanks for showing that.

      Hi David. My air assist issue was my stupidity!! When I put the enclosure over the laser cutter, I didn't fully connect the air hose again after routing it through the side of the enclosure. Is yours working now?

    So, how does the Falcon compare with the Alpha from the previous video?
    Ps I like the extractor hood

      @DartsideScenics  8 месяцев назад +1

      Hi Peachy, I liked the fact the Falcon is pre-assembled and had the TF card option. I think it's more like the AlgoLaser Delta (which I don't have) rather than the Alpha I reviewed. The extractor is great as I can close the garage door (I installed a vent through the door to attach the hose!!)

    Hi, Great video, Now that you have used this and the Algo did you find one was better than the other in any way? Does that Lens need cleaning often? Also is there any reason to go for the 40W over the 22W? Or would that never really be needed for for the small scales thus thinner material that we normally work with? That enclosure is a nice addition though. Fantastic looking diorama! Cheers, Michael

      Thank you Michael. I prefer the Falcon but I think the direct comparison would be the Algo Delta rather than the Algo Alpha which I reviewed. I think you make a very valid point that the 22W is probably plenty for the sort of things we do. So far, I haven't found the 22W limits me for model making 😀

    Funny enough I was wondering about whether to start dabbling in this area, not sure I have the space mind 😂.... As usual quality video and instructions if anyone decides to go down the same route. Are you likely to start selling your own kits?

    • @_RandomPea

      Ps. That thing is seriously cool 😎

    • @DartsideScenics
      @DartsideScenics  8 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you. It does take up quite a bit of space but opens up a lot of opportunities to build different things. I might sell kits one day but I'm still learning and refining what I have designed so far.

    Looks incredible! What is the road texture you use? And hows the layout going?

    • @DartsideScenics
      @DartsideScenics  8 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you! The road texture is Peco PS-365. I'm working on the latest layout video this week but still slow progress!

      @@DartsideScenics thanks for that. I used lightweight filler last time out but that looks great on this. Great to hear you are getting on well on the layout, look forward to the next installment 👍
