it was much closer in the times of lust stained despair. although I love all he do and donated for band, these tracks lack memorable choruses which were Ville's (and sentenced) greatest feature. also solos are just mashing strings rather than soulripping Sentenced solos
This has a more thrashy vibe.. Nothing to compare to Sentenced or Poisonblack.. Those are different bands.. Ville has a great voice, no doubt. Though the chorus is kinda melodic, but okay.
Preach. I miss Sentenced just like many others but this band has nothing to do with it. Ville and the crew have delivered some bad-ass thrash metal in their own right.

Sad to say, but i can't find anything intresting in S-Tool stuff except Ville's vocal. Poisonblack was amazing especialy magnificent Lyigy...
As much as I liked last albums of Poisonblack and all of Sentenced, S-Tool is like the middle albums of Poisonblack, which all sucked.
Please stop comparing s-tool to sentenced... it's not the same band and I doubt Ville would like it to be the same. Just enjoy the music or go next.
