I used to think pre-post trib didn’t matter. But it does, doctrine impacts behavior. All the post-tribbers I know are busy stocking foods, supplies, building bunkers and learning SHTF-skills. Most of the pre-tribbers I know are soul-winning because they know they’re outta here and don’t want friends and family to go through the tribulation.
I also notice many post trib preachers also rail against the idea of repentance at the moment of salvation having anything at all to do with sin. They say it's only a change of mind which is true but it's always related to a context. God repenting of something is one thing but it's in whatever that context was. What is the context of repentance related to salvation through Christ? Mat_9:13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Mar_2:17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Luk_5:32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Sin is the context and that ties to (along with unbelief which is also a sin) 1Co 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; Which is part of the Gospel. There is a tie between this removal of sin from repentance and post-trib. If they are going to really have their followers go through the tribulation they would not want them to be saved. The only way to do that is to remove an ingredient form the gospel and I think this is it. Some kind of principality or power is controlling that movement.

Rev 3:10 makes it clear that we ESCAPE this time frame and with John 14:1-3 AND when you add in 1 Thes 1:10 and 1 Thes 5:9 there is no way the church goes through the tribulation
Pre Tribulation Rapture → Great Tribulation → Second Coming of Christ→ 1000 years millennial rule of Christ on Earth → Final Judgment → New Heaven and New Earth /New Jerusalem

There are two forces at work right now, one is trying to carry the truth while the other tries to create ways to skip or destroy events so that maybe, some events don't happen, God knows the events to take place and so do the greatest ears "WHEN" isn't the problem, Events will happen, its the blessed who are to listen and be obedient in the spirit, and not assume anything else, right now, its gardening time, removal of bad things, and to expose bad things, imagine if you remove a weed, you don't know the roots length till you remove from the ground, and shake off the dirt. its all so beautiful when you fall in love with it.
I am curious. I was watching (half asleep) the Jim Bakker Show which happened to be on as I was waking up on the couch. His guest, John Shorey, was saying something about in Matt 24 or 25 that we are saved whenever we repent....but that if we hold grudges against one another, we will not go to heaven. I know that we should not hold a grudge....but for the life of me....I cannot find his claim in the Bible. Am I just missing it? Also, it takes time to get over a grudge. You make a decision and then the Holy Spirit has to heal us in this process...esp if someone really hurt us badly. So, I find it hard to believe that a believer would be destined to hell if he/she is working on the problem of the grudge. I experienced this myself a few years ago and it took almost a year for me to get to the point where I could let go. I sought God daily about this problem and let Him know that I gave the grudge over to him because I couldn't do it on my own as much as I tried. I would think that I have forgiven and then it would creep back at me and I would become enraged about the incident again and that alone would torment me and I would be angry at myself. When I handed it over to God....and it came back at me....I would say that it was no longer my problem that God was handling it and just under a year later, it no longer affects me. So, it takes time. Any thoughts about losing salvation because of unforgiveness?....even if the person is trying desperately to forgive with the help of God?

Once you believe the gospel (1 Corinthians 15 1-4) and put your faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ you are SEALED with the Holy Spirit and Jesus will NEVER leave you nor forsake you. Just want to point out that ""evening and the morning were the first day" in Gen 1:5 is also a good verse to debunk the "outer space" and "big bang" cosmology the world teaches (and NASA lies about). The first day was before the sun existed. The sun is not the source of the daylight. It's separate. The sun just rules the day as the moon rules the night and as it says in Gen 1:16 "two great lights" they both give off their own light as well. The moon's light is no reflection and there are many other verses that show the Moon's light (possessive) "her light."
