My girlfriend went to IUs Golden Hour concert and she cried the entire time. It was so overwhelming for her. With these new songs released this HER tour is even more emotional than before.
I always love listening to this song of IU with my eyes shut and yes I still tear up a little and I am a 65 year man ! :) But when I do open my eyes and watch IU sing I always want to pick her up and give her a big hug
she is a highly talented and versitile singer i think alot of westerners forget that to be a bigger time singer you don't need to have a flashy and outrageous style to get there. IU is one of those singers than can go from the poppy style songs to songs like this one that can go and rip your heart out with it's simplicity while being sung from the heart with a voice of an angel, and she does it while wearing a simple red dress with a piano playing the track for her to sing to. Given her family history she is a very strong woman who has never forgotten where she has come from and just how much she truely cares for those who she counts as her true friends.

The unamed artist is worth about 1.5 billion dollars, go fiquire. This is coming from a 60 year old white guy from South Caro;ina USA. I am a So hyang fan first and foremost, but I love and respect IU as a vocalist, actor, writer and performer, She is fantastic. Need to mention AKMU.

I agree that comparisons with that other singer fall short, given IU is simply at another level…and IU fans are just different. Maybe there aren’t as many of us who really embrace the complexity and emotional depth of her storytelling through music…but that’s OK. Its been 18 days since i saw her in Philippine arena. Dude. Her live vocals 😍😍😍. She sounds so amazing in her concert. Like im listening to an angel. Many times i got emotional coz finally i heard her singing my favorite songs live and sing along with her. Especially this love wins all. Its 2x or 3x better than the recorded version. Actually all her songs she sung for 3 hours are better than recorded version. I got teary eyed listening. Her voice is sooo goood and you really feel her emotions too. Ahh best 3 hours. Best concert ever. A core memory indeed. Ahh my PCD. I miss IU please come back. Her concert is a must watch super worth it. What a great experience to listen to her live. I wanna go back to june 1 again 😭

Even though we know she is strong enough, her singing about pain induces emotional turmoil in us.
