I feel you, i've had controls on my phone and my pc my entire life, and on PC i do have steam, but all the games have a time limit of 15minutes which absolutely sucks

This actually worked. Thank you so much. I finally can use my laptop to its full potential for more than 30 minutes a day, even in summer. You earned yourself a subscriber and a like. Good job and keep up the good work!
Note: you want to turn on safe mode before leaving troubleshoot, to go on safe mode, you go on troubleshoot > advanced settings > startup settings, if you don't do this then the command prompt won't work

Hey what if I tried the second option and my mom has a sign in on my computer as admin and command prompt is blocked to use in bios only for admin, am I just fucked?

I've done it. I've finally done it. I've figured out how to bypass the time to take a break window. Usually, you can't alt F4, or stop the process by any means. But I figured out how.
1. Restart your PC into your BIOS or boot manager, wherever you can edit the date and time.
2. Set the date to 12/31/2099 and the time to 23:59:00. I don't know why, but the year 2100 breaks a lot of stuff.
3. Continue and log in, and just wait.
thats it. took me months to figure it out. enjoy :)

I just fucked all school PC's with self admin then changed passwords for everyone and they had lot of troubles with it
FYI: this isn't a silenced method, a parent will notice that they will have their child's user removed.
second of all if the family is restricted enough to only the administrator's control, there is a chance that they will notice that you managed to bypass their settings, and this is from experience between me and my father.

If you have problems getting admin and your pc is set to a language other than english, you have to write administrators in the language your pc is set to.

I don't think it works anymore 💀 I am on Windows 10 and it won't let me pause in properties :/
This is an extremely bullet proof method of doing this, however, ive seen some operating systems not allow the recovery command prompt and needing a password.
This doesnt not notify your parents as i was using a rendition of this method when i knew the parents password.
However, i am curious on to how to turn the microsoft safety back on to log time without shutting my computer down and turning it back on.
I do also reccommend trying to reverse this method when and if you ever take your computer into a public place when you get older and the Microsoft safety features are uninstalled I have no idea how to do that though...
Another thing, type in "wpc" in the each of the tabs of the task manger... in case your aim is horrible and you can't click the Microsoft safety

My PC is set to German and the recovery options are all German. In the command prompt I cded into system32, but the ultiman.exe cousltn be found..I translated the error message and said the specified file couldn't be found.

Very useful, just how do I undo it? My parents have there accounts on my computer and the default account Zone which they took away from me and put up a password I don't know. I changed the password to it with CMD but it still had parental controls. I accidentally disabled family safety on my account instead of Zone soooooo... How do I fix that...
i think you just go into task manager and services and the WpuMonSvc something and go into its properties then look for parental controls again then right click on it and click start or something like that idk hope it helps 😭

they shouldnt because setting parental controls on your pc is usually done through the family safety app which is on a phone, so if you edit files or make changes on your pc, they can't know.
they know if you get admin
they are notified within the app if you get admin

I don't know but I don't think so. Forcibly shutting down a process doesn't give it any chance to report back so from the parentals control point of view it should look about the same as shutting down the computer.
