    So, in order of applying
    1)turmeric water?
    2)diluted vinegar water
    3)diluted walnut ink
    4)dry turmeric and salt?
    5)soap bubbles
    It turned out so lovely. I would love to try this.
    If possible could you provide a supply list and the order in which to apply?

      Your list is correct except for 1). I start with the diluted vinegar water 1/4 tsp in 4 oz water. The walnut ink is diluted 50/50 with water.And I have used stronger also.

    Not sure you will see this after two years, but, asking - how do you get such amazing bubbles - I try but they are a total bust! Thanks!

      It seems like they never are the same on any piece. I use a cheap liquid dish washing soap and the hose sprayer at the sink to make the bubbles. The other day I tried Dawn and it made very teeny tiny bubbles that didn't show up at all. Cyanotypes are so experimental. Good luck.

      Thank you so much for the compliment. I do let the paper dry in the closet. Certain types curl up more quickly than others. But they flatten out as they dry.

      Thank you so much! I actually buy my ink. I didn't know powder was even available. About comments not allowed on the new video... I checked and it shows that comments are allowed. I'm not sure I understand your last question.

      Most of the time I will get a good print in one and a half hours in the middle of the day.

    Does the coating and laying of the plants must be done quickly in order to prevent the liquid from drying off?

    • @roxihardegreeart
      @roxihardegreeart  2 года назад +1

      Fairly quickly. Mostly because I have exposure to UV light from a window where I work.

      Diluted vinegar water, diluted walnut ink, turmeric, and salt. Then soap bubbles.
