Thank you for this perfect video. My husband followed the instructions, and it was dry and crumble. We watched your video, and the cookies were excellent and delicious. He needed to add oil.
I put some additional chocolate chips on the top before baking, makes they pretty and they look like the package. I also add a touch of vanilla instead of the oil
I made sugar cookies last time and they didnt form too much into dough even though I had followed Instructions, sooo now im here, yours has a much better dough consistentcy!
@@Itslaree well to fix it I basically next time I made i softened the butter maybe 5 seconds in microwave and that’s it. You really can’t fix melted butter just learn from mistake.
So glad i saw this video i went to make them the way instructions tell ya and it was so dry then i came across this mine are now in the oven so we shall see how they turn out thanks so much
I am making the gluten-free version of these. I've done exactly the same size cookies as you in the video, but I only seem to have made 13 on total. But the Box says it makes 22. I was wondering how many you made in total? It may be slightly different with the gluten-free version though.
Found it hard-to-impossible to mix the ingredients following only the instructions on the package. Instructions say nothing about water or oil of any kind. Will try water and oil as in this video next batch. They are good cookies!
I made them recently but the inside still had a lot of under cool pieces then the cookies were too hard on the outside so I had to get rid of them. I think my oven is inaccurate
I am really confused with the oven instruction to be honest. Do you have only one mode for your oven in the US? In Germany I have like ten different modes I can preset the oven to do the baking. Really need help 😂😂😂
I've never seen presets really. We have bake, broil, and usually a cleaning preset. You just set your heat and electric ovens will ever tell you when it's preheated to that degree.

Ooh, fancy! A dash of salt also works since it adds more layers to the flavor -- just make sure that your butter is not too salty.
Thanks for the tip I was sooo confused with the instructions
Me too
Same

Me too! It only says you’ll need two ingredients which is the butter and the egg, I had to look it up instead 😅
Same here! 😅

look so good im making it today thanks
Thanks so much! I see my mistake.. the butter needs to be softened as your video shows, I melted mine to a liquid… not correct 🤦♀️
I just did the same do you know how to fix it ?

I made the same mistake yesterday!! That’s why I’m here 😅
No wonder the mix I made looks runny.
The instructions say not to melt it, but the instructions don’t add water like this videographer did, which I wish I had done
I had to show my lil brother this for a school bake off so thanks
lol thats just cheating hes just using cookie mix instead of using actual ingredients
Another tip to make them taste better is throw in some pure vanilla extract makes it way better 👍👍
Good idea

I made these today and there cooking right now❤
11 month ahh cookies
how were they?
1st try taste nasty 2 try why bother this my 3rd time and they looks and smells amazing . Thanks❤
I'm using this mix to bake with my canabutter. Do you think adding a mush banana to the mix might ruin it?
No
Hi, I did same. I used cannabutter & 1 applesauce cup..DELISH & P🤑TENT
If you melt the butter you don’t have to add extra oil. The cookie dough comes out very smooth
Is it okay if i didn't put vegetable oil ?😊

or vanilla instead of the water
@@donnahopkins3085 Ohhh, that sounds good!
Mine says water and butter only. Why the egg? Does it taste better
Yumm

For how many minutes to bake
13mins it says
@@sarahdiallo2985 Be careful though, I check mine at 10 or 11 because my oven runs hot.
What we can use instead of eggs

Your kidding right

this is the comment I have been looking for, did you try it and did it work?
@@MaverickLee11 I use an cookie scoop and don't press them down, that are not as flat.
Uh
Adding vegetable oil is disgusting.
