  • Quick & Easy Sourdough Focaccia; Crispy & Soft
    300g. Bread flour
    250g. Water
    60g. Active Starter
    6g. Salt
    12g. Olive oil
    - Combine all the ingredients (except oil) & mix until no dry flour visible
    - Add in oil & mix for 5 mins
    - Rest 15 mins
    - Stretch & Fold many times.
    - Transfer to a lightly greased bowl
    - 1st Coil Fold & rest 30 mins
    - 2nd Coil Fold & rest 2 hrs
    - Transfer to the fridge for 5 hrs or overnight
    - Transfer to greased pans & rest 15 mins
    - Stretch out evenly in the pans & rest 1 hr
    - Add olive oil & Dimple & add the rest of toppings
    - Rest for 45 mins - 1 hr (until puffy)
    - Bake at preheated oven at 230°c for 20 mins
