The future they do it on the mainland just to be safe and you should follow all these directions to flush out all your piping and your well and all their perimeters
exactly, rather astonishing that this supposed expert video would "take for granted" that viewers will know how to calculate well depth... (no explanation that this is the different between the depth of the well and the static water line)
I’m curious, why would adding water in the well activate the pump? What in the pump it activated and you’re taking Water out by running water in the home?
You are taking the bleached water and sucking it up the pump into the pressure tank then back down the inside wall of the well encasement. basically cycling the cleaning agent around and around for proper cleaning. Once that is done you have to get all the bleach out of the lines of the house. This has an added benefit of cleaning out your house pipes of some bacteria and viruses.
This video has a glaring error/omission.... in calculating capacity of the well, it's hardly simply a matter of knowing the depth of the well. IllinoisDPH should be ashamed of themselves for not catching this error, either when the film was made, or all these years after.
Wow!!! interesting I would like to try since I live in an area where the drinking water gives a lot to be desired

I'm sorry to tell you but the volume is turned up all the way on my device and I can still barely hear this.
How do I know how deep it is?

should be a tag somewhere around the well
I eventually started using chlorine tablets and I haven’t had any problems since
Thanks uncle Joey now my Full House smells like bleach.. no pun intended
