It has a very residential feel to it and it doesn't feel like you are showering in a camper. I would definitely recommend checking out this shower head if you are in the market. I finally picked up my new camper after two years of waiting to find the right one after selling my last one and I loved the original oxygenics so much I immediately bought one for this camper and I hate to say it but the one the camper came with is better! It looks similar to yours! Hoping to make some new content this year and get back into the swing of things. Take care!

      Great to hear from you old friend! How has life been treating you? This shower head is pretty awesome. It feels like you're taking a real shower and we haven't noticed our fresh water tank getting lower sooner. We've probably taken 10 or 11 showers with it so far. I look forward to your new content! Thanks for watching!

    It's not the showerhead that has the pressure, it's your water pump or water supply that controls the pressure. The reason your "soft rain" setting was just trickling is because your water pressure might be a bit low. That particular showerhead needs a minimum of 25 psi, but works best at 40 psi water pressure.

      Good info to know! Our water pump is the original when the camper was built. So it's pretty old and I'm sure it is not top of the line. Thanks for the comment and watching!

    Great video, longtime viewer here.
    We pick up our 2022 at the end of the week. We bought the rig for 95% dispersed camping and I was wondering how this head does on consumption?

    • @ColoradoCamperman
      @ColoradoCamperman  2 года назад

      Good to hear from you! Congrats on your new rig! We have taken probably 11 or 12 showers with this new showerhead over the course of 3 camping trips. Each camping trip we were camping at our land without water hook-ups. We have not noticed a different in our water consumption over those 3 trips. We seemed to have gone through about the same amount of water that we always do. Sorry I can't give more information as far as gallons per minute, there is no information on the showerhead that says the water consumption. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching!

      @@ColoradoCamperman You're welcome and thank you! It eould help just to know how many gallon tank you have and I can figure gallons per shower from the numbers!
      Keep it up! We try to get from Texas to Colorado as often as we can. Maybe we'll see you out and about one day!

      @@snowbaordguru We have a 45 gallon fresh tank. Hard to say how many showers we would get out of that. Our son still takes baths, so he usually takes a bath or two. We also use a pretty liberal amount of water doing dishes. So in a 3 night camping trip, we will usually end around 1/3 of our fresh tank. We always bring 18 gallons of extra water with us. If we empty the 18 gallons back in the fresh tank, most of the time we will be back to full.
      Good to hear you guys make it out to Colorado! We usually stick to camping in Southern Colorado. Let me know the next time you head up here and we can see if our schedule align!

      @@ColoradoCampermanThanks for the info, looks like an avg of about 4G/shower. Not bad!!
      Southern Colorado is usually our target too, anywhere from the Spanish Peaks area to the east side of the Weminuche wilderness near Alamosa. This is our first camper, we usually rock a Kodiak canvas tent. It would be nice to learn from a pro!

      @@snowbaordguru Yeah, that sounds about right. Southern Colorado is great! We love it down here. Congrats on the first camper! You will definitely enjoy having it. It's hard for me to imagine going back to a tent setup after having a camper for so long.
