Jay, I just love when you say "this is where they keep their Dee's"
Wow. That eagle picture was amazing!!!
I just signed up for this one too!
I wish the stop in Ketchikan was longer
Tour was so different and lovely. I agree ..the eagle picture was amazingly close and precise. Thank you
Would you recommend the two hour or three hour Wild Wolf Tour? The three hour tour is from 8-11, but we would like some time to explore Creek Street as well. Would an hour be enough time for Creek Street if we are not big shoppers? Ship departs at 1:00 PM.
That was a fantastic picture of that Eagle. You guys are Great. Love your Channel. On to video 8. Take Care Guys. From Bethlehem Pa The 🎄 Christmas City.
Would love to see a photo of all the cruise awards yall have!
🥰
Please update this when you get more information. TY❤
Thank you for the great photos!
That eagle pic is frame-worthy! Beautiful! Such a great video!
That looked like an awesome show
Awesome tour video! That is the tour we were planning to do on our Alaska cruise in 2020 that got cancelled. Thanks again.
This is amazing
My first cruise to Alaska, Celebrity Mercury in 2000, we went on an excursion that included Totem Park and the surrounding area. There was an Alaska native in the carving area explaining the process. There was a small show in the Clan House. It was so nice to see that part of Ketchikan in you vlog. I enjoy your trips vicariously watching your channel.
Another fabulous cram packed video, loving them. thank you for more show footage, you know how much I appreciate it. epic looks a great show, no wonder it’s one of your Favourites
Dee, the photo you took of the Eagle was amazing. Your camera takes such good photos. Loving your vlogs.
In this case it wasn’t the camera it was the photographer.
So,so beautiful! I live in a rain forest in OR and I felt like I was walking in my neighborhood. Skunk cabbage, we have that too, and it can really get stinky!
Epic Rock was a great show! We loved the pre-show guitarist from Music Manila! We saw Music Manila two nights in the Red Frog Pub! We had the best time ever on a cruise on the Carnival Spirit! We also got a ship on the stick! Great views from our aft extended balcony - we loved the entire cruise!
Loved the tour! I did the "Crab Boat Experience" on the Alleutian Ballard the first week of August---highly recommend it!
Can’t wait for the Enchantment series to come out. I will be on it in September. Editing Jay hurry and do your thing
Love watching you both! No desire to go to Alaska so I’m glad you’re sharing your experiences. Love Dees pics too. Thanks for sharing what you’ve been eating as well. I’ll be moving to Florida soon - right near Tampa port so I’ll be cruising a lot. Hopefully. 😘
Enjoyed this tour. In 2001, we bought a hand painted 12” totem pole from the totem park gift shop for $165.00.
There is a beautiful lake in Oregon that you should see. It is still glacially fed today and you can hike up to the glacier. Wallowa Lake is the place. And.... it has remarkable Salmon Spawning to see. You'd LOVE it!
I was on that NCL ship last season, way outside of town. Even though the ship was beautiful, it was a frustrating day, considering the long wait for shuttle service. I ended the day angry, which you don't want on vacation. If we go back, we'll definitely do a whale watch, and likely use a different line.
Me and my wife also did the rock trivia when you won it. Congrats bud on winning the rock trivia. The charades game was pretty fun.
I appreciate your bear related jokes Jay……
You've given me some new ideas for next time!!
Love your Alaska adventures. BTW, they sell Biscoff cookies in the grocery stores now. ;)
Morning guys….. have fun in Boston!
Good morning ya'll
We were there just 2 cruises after you on the Spirit, and there were salmon starting to run up the creek street creek.
Have you guys ever taken an eastern mediterranean cruise? Looking to take a Greek isles cruise next year
We haven’t yet! We’d love to explore that area!! :D
I was in Ketchikan a week ago today. The salmon were thick on creek street and stacked in the creeks in Sitka as well. (first week of August). Brought back a nasty case of Covid other than that a great trip. Seems like a lot of people are bringing back Covid from Alaska this season.
My group of four was in Alaska in June (Celebrity Millennium.). We all brought Covid back. Worst souvenir ever!
Hey dee and jay, beautiful pictures from Alaska
I thought Dee started doing a voice over. I was like wow she knows a lot. Then I realized it was the tour guide.
I love your jokes Jay!
Ketchikan is one of my favorite places. But seriously, someone needs to bring some Moose over!
Wondering...Jay you never went cold... just in your shirt?? Thanks for the vid. All the best from the Netherlands, keep those vlos coming :-)
Still haven’t been to Alaska 😟
the rung ball game we call it goofy golf
1
Love the jokes!! Keep 'em comin'🤣🤣🤣
(SUBJECTIVE comments) This episode’s . . .
High points: Jay’s perceptive observations and word plays; antique automobiles and firearms
Low points: Tour guide’s condescending manner and voice; electric guitarist’s grating “music” noise
Conclusion: Continue, guys . . . I’m addicted.
I live in Ketchikan its funny ill take photos of cruise ships
Hey! know it's off "video" topic but do you have any must do/see suggestions for Sitka?? Got redirected on our upcoming cruise but haven't been able to do any research and we know you have been so figured we'd ask. TYIA
We’ve been three times so far. The general consensus of must-dos for Sitka are probably Fortress of the Bear (bear sanctuary with captive non-releaseable bears) and the Raptor Center (rehab for eagles and other birds). Beyond that, there’s the Sea Life Center and a totem park in east walking distance, as well as a cute small Russian-influenced downtown to wander around.
EDIT: I forgot whale watching, which is also an option! Check out “Sitka Wildlife Tours” for land and sea options independently. ~Jay
@@parodeejay Thank you!
Hoots mon there's a moose loose in the hoose
The den joke was bearly noticeable. Lol
Do you two have any children , other than cats ?
We don’t, and our last cat passed away about a week ago.
@@parodeejay , thank you, have been asking for 8 months before getting an answer. Kind of figured that to be the case considering all the cruises you both do. 👍
