Hi rhinier. What an amazing video of doha parks!!! Seems to me an impossible task to creat this much lush greenary in a parched dry land, just goes to show what determination, vision backed by bucks can accomplish!!!! By the way to keep all year round green, are they using Gray water or normal water!!!!

Good one! I would put Aspire as #1 because of the lake containing ducks and geese along with boating options although it is suffering from lack of maintenance as with some other parks. Al Bidda will be #2 and Al Bayt Park in Al Khor #3 even though it isn't in Doha. If Katara Hills can be considered a park that'll be my #4 and Mia Park #5.

How did you find the school search process for kids in Qatar ?
Hi, there was some challenges, for us we go to a school to see if we think it's good enough for our kids. But many schools made us feel the other way around, they were checking if your kid would be good enough for them... Hmmm that was a really weird thing. We're talking primary school here of course. Our daughter went to Oryx school which was a much better experience and we liked it there. But it's for QR employees only unfortunately.
Oxygen park has many cafes and restaurants? Right? There are so many restaurants?
Hi Amit, I didn't see so many here tbh! A bit outside of the park, in Education city itself, there are some options though

Not gonna lie but all of them are good ones! My most favorite is the bidda park
I have to say the Bidda park is really impressive... so big!! Love the cycling there, that's my favourite thing to do in al Bidda.
Been to only Sheraton park and Mia park, aspire park

Hi Khurshid, I think you want to know if visiting as a single male is allowed in the parks right? It's a good question, we always go as a family ourselves. I don't have the answer right now!

Yes Oxygen was a bit out of the way for us, so we didn't go often. But it's nice to have seen, and really quite pretty 😎
