@@LeisureFlyerMost aircraft no longer have this seat anymore - they have the new 180Y configuration with 12 Premium seats which are basically intra-European business class just with a center console area.
Thank you for pointing that out. Their new economy seats are fixed seats. Only rows 1 to 14 recline. 1 to 3 are still premium but a totally different seat.

I thought that flight did not have screen on seat to whatch movies, I will flight from Bogota to Rio in 5 weeks.
Yes, unfortunately I think this configuration is being phased out or no longer in operation.
Lie flats all the way. They are charging a premium for seats that barely recline
