Sir According 169 sec for Abolition or creation of legislative council we required special majority that is by 2/3rd majority. Not by simple majority...
Abolition or creation of legislative council needs to be passed by simple majority of the parliament. On the other hand, states need to paas this resolution by special majority so that it goes to parliment.

There is no difference between the teacher and God. Both talk about gyaan ki baat. Your teaching style is good. But still there is a scope for improvement. Criticism does not always mean to defame or demean a person but to provide an opportunity to improve. Another area for improvement is pronunciation where you need to pay attention. Sir According 169 sec for Abolition or creation of legislative council we required special majority that is by 2/3rd majority.
Not by simple majority...

Abolition or creation of legislative council needs to be passed by simple majority of the parliament. On the other hand, states need to paas this resolution by special majority so that it goes to parliment.
