    8:50 - I absolutely agree. The same goes for the cars, cheap plastic, single chains instead of double chains ( that, btw, were famous in Mercedes going above 1 mln Km without any issues)... we are literally surrounded from cheap garbage, but we are pretending to be "better"... Sad times, indeed.

      The electrical is also gettin cheaper and easier to break. The wires their using now are so frikin thin and they expect it to carry wicked amps lol. No wonder connectors are melting together all,over the place on newer cars. Especially the high end ones.their making their cars throw away after 5 years it seems like. I worked on a newer Denali and the heated seats were burning, the switches were melted and broken, the wires in the steering column were pulled out of the bulkhead connector because they were too frikin cheap to give an extra inch of wire ffs. It’s getting brutal. And the worst thing is is that the customers blame the techs for the dealerships shitty engineering.

    Yep, I agree too. I own a PC that I put together in 2013, it's a K series i7 Ivy Bridge processor (OC 4.2GHz on all cores), with AsRock Z77 Extreme6/TB4 motherboard, 16GB of HyperX DDR3 RAM (2.4GHz), 500W Active PFC power supply and Antec case. At that time the total cost of the system was less then 700 euro. Put it against a 700 euro system put together today and you will not be able to beat it's performance under usual workloads (synthetic tests are useless, the responsiveness of the system do to CL11 on 2.4Ghz it's "unbeatable" by any DDR4 memory from this price-range).

    My ASUS X93s is still running after 8 years and the dedicated GPU (nvidia gt 540m) is running hot regularly when under full load (96°C peaks, idle 50°C). I guess that wouldn't be possible in the laptops you can get nowadays ?! Never been repaired, only got a SSD upgrade. 30s boot time. What else do you wish for? So, get an older used laptop and upgrade it. It may last longer than a new one. Sad truth. Don't forget to renew the thermal paste (and cooling pads if applicable) and clean out the fan!

  • @Sonic-sv5gp

    • @mohsentabouna6401

      same pins attached to the power button, look at power button cable and short those two .

    • @Infiniti25
      @Infiniti25 5 лет назад

      Romaine-Ricardo Francis some cables/connectors have more pins because the ribbon may also serve the lights so if you use a multimeter some are 3.3v some are 5v...maybe other variations of power button voltages but you short one to a ground pin
