I have the same problem here too, Ive had the Apex pro mini for about a year since november 2022, My issues began on February 2023. The keys Shift, B and TAB are completely discoloured. A keyboard of that pricetag should not have these issues AT LEAST after a year and a half of use. My LED's are having issues just after a couple of months. I already switched to a roccat vulcan pro and im completely happy with it, It is optical with a 1.4mm actuation and its relatively easy to clean. I've had it for a couple of months now and im very happy. I also came across an issue with my steelseries aerox 5 (WIRED), After about 10 months of use my mouse dosent respond to a specific input (scrollwheel click), which i use almost everyday. Never buying products from steelseries again.
I have the same issue, My F3 key and the 0 key on the number pad is not working. to get around it and to satisfy my OCD I have set the function keys and the number pad keys to red" I have so say that Steele Series stuff is actuall rubbish, I have had issues with this keyboard. my mouse pad, the LED's have stopped working on that, and I had to re-glue the grips on my mouse, oh and the game controller I have the left thumb stick sticks

On first my this keyboard after year 11 key's leds die blue color, on second only one led die. Overal this model is shit, 250 euro for what? Buy keyboard every year? Also don’t sell their fashionable Omnipoint switches separately. Throw this company in the trash

Solution: if resetting the keyboard doesn't work, you need to replace the led with the RBG (NOT RGB) led. a.aliexpress.com/_ExEDeg9

same here, my z key's blue led died, so purple looks red. i have to stick w/ using red/orange/yellow/green colors on my keyboard
same problem here, but it is not only 1 key, it is 14 keys!! The lightning software is lagged and i dont know what to do 😭😭

Evet uyumlu, rbg alman lazım ama rgb değil. Senkronizasyonda problem yok sadece çok hafif renk tonlarında farklılık var o da pek göze batmıyor.
