I always thought these guys were good lil sleeper blasters. Pleasantly surprised to see the performance you can get out of them, and how neat the internals are for such a budget blaster.

The LiPo connector in the Dart Zone Mk3. Also, they weren't kidding that the BOOMco Collosal Blitz fires all 72 darts in about 15 seconds. That thing hauls.
There's actually a jam door on the nerf viper strike! It's under the scope, and when your prime the blaster forward it's forced shut, which is cool because when you do that it feels a little bit like a real gun breach 😂 I Genuinely think I'm the only one who knew this prior to this comment

I have never seen whatever movie you put at the start there so I have no clue how good the rest of it is. But I gotta say it was refreshing seeing a character see something dangerous and just go "nup." and book it instead of standing there like an idiot.

That’s right not nuff! Ultra 5 spring in da house. Stuff one in a unicorn with the right barrel and airseal and it hits 250. Hands down my favorite spring for sub 300 builds. If it was a longer spring, it could probably crack 300. Too cool to see it in the pyro raptor!
Ultra 5 springs are heavier than K26, and don't require cutting. Very underrated.
@@GresSimJa that’s what Ibhave been saying for years now. Captain Xavier did the Ultra blasters on his K26 series when Ultra first hit the hobby and even he couldn’t believe that it was better than K26. More importantly, it fits in many blasters that k26 does not. I always buy ultra 5s when I see them at the thrift store. If you swap out the stock spring for an Apollo spring you get the Ultra 5 hitting 80-90 and the ultra 5 spring to use as an upgrade elsewhere without scrapping the 5.

Thanks for the interesting lesson. I am so glad that I had recently picked up an old nexus pro when it was on sale, it now has a Worker metal barrel/breech fitted in it and shoots over 175fps every time with a 12kg spring.
I personally use the stock on everything it’s my favorite buffer tube stock

Damn, there has been one of these and an Ultra 5 sitting at my local thrift store for weeks and i didn't pick em up. Too bad.
Did you have trouble with the o ring on the pusher coming off? And were your darts getting jammed in the breach? May darts seem “sticky” like there is friction when closing the breech
I mistook this for a Nerf blaster at a glance. They're usually the ones that nab the movie toy licenses. I'm on the fence on the aesthetics, leaning towards not liking it.
