My parents wanted all 6 of us to move out. I was the 3rd oldest and the last at home. Then Dad had a massive stroke at age 67, and needed 24/7 care until he died 13 years later. Suddenly I was very welcome. Mom and I physically declined but after dad died I had to care for her till she died 11 years later. We didn't have money. I was their assisted living. Otherwise they'd have had to move into a nursing home. Siblings all within 10 miles, but little help even when asked.
Right now all i can do in my bathroom is just listening with my phone but one day i would want my bathroom to have a flat screen tv with surround system so that i can bath while listening to podcasts/music/comedy show.
I found out I loooove my bathroom. I work hard to make the bathroom the spa area. I love my baths,candles, soaps, fragrances etc. I bring my music, movies just all my entertaining things in the bathroom. I get to shut a door on everyone and smell good in the process. All polished and shined up feeling relaxed.
I'm a woman and I stay in the bathroom. Its my chill spot.
