For those women who demand tens if thousands of dollars as part of their diwery, what are they bringing to the table. Yes some are attractive, but what have they done with their lives to merit such requirements before marrying. Good looks are a dime a dozen. What else makes them outstanding. Masha Allah, may Allah Bless you all. I met my husband in the UK but his visa was almost expiring and we were told that we couldn't marry here. I am from East Africa and he is from north Africa. So We had to return to north Africa in his Country before he was granted a visa to join me here. I waited six months. With 2 different cultures things haven't been always easy but with Allah SWT we are growing stronger 18 years on and 4 beautiful Kids Alhamdulilah. Whatever you do put Allah SWT first and solve any little things as soon as possible. True love endures all. I am so happy to see both of you because I see myself in a similar position 18 years ago. Please never take anything for granted. May Allah bless and protect you always. I asked my husband for Quran as Mahr ( he could not believe it) and I believe that because I was looking for real love and not material things Allah SWT has protected us regardless of any hiccups. For the young people who are looking for material things think again. If you trust in Allah then Allah makes sure that everything goes your way. If I had asked for money or gold I believe it would not have worked out. Allah SWT changed my husband to the one that I prayed for. Best wishes to you 🤲🏾
