The room games are amazing. Everyone should play them. They are available on mobile, switch and pc. They are full of great ornate detailed little trinkets to figure out.
This looks good; very Crystal Maze, & it definitely seems like they've put a lot of people through it blind to make sure it's easy to work things out without needing too much prompting to pull you out of the game. Those primary colours on the sarcophagus did make the symbols hard to see with colourblindness though.
@@kaushtubhchauhan Yea, it still most often isn't considered as a potential problem. It doesn't seem like it'd be a big one in this, & thankfully it's now being noticed more across the industry as an accessibility concern.
Ooooh! I am SO excited about this game. I'm a huge fan of The Room series, if I didn't already have a VR I'd be buying it to play it. Will give this a proper watch later. 😊
Hello, I love the room and I'm eagerly waiting for room 5. I played all four parts on the PC. Today I found the announcement "The Room VR: A Dark Matter" in Steam. If the game really comes out as shown in the video, I can not play this part. Why? Well, unfortunately I can not walk and sit in a wheelchair, because I was run over by a drunk driver as a child. Does the 5 part of the room also exist as a normal game?
You don't have to play it standing up; you can do it right from the chair. Almost all VR games will let you adjust your head height, so even when you're sitting you'll see it as though your character is standing, & then you can teleport to move around in the level.

The art style of this just makes me think how absolutely epic Dishonored would be in VR (although you might also need a bucket on standby)

I've played all of the others. Now I have to ask myself, "How much do I love this game?" ...and is the answer "$600"? lol
To quote Vampire the Masquerade - Bloodlines: "Don't open it."
