Honestly for Dash and Mr.incredible it would be a neg diff since he trounces them in all aspects. While Violet and Mrs.incredible would be no diffs since they might surprise him with the types of powers they have but he would quickly figure things out. And Jack would be a low diff since he cant really control himself but if metroman is blood lusted and is actauly trying to kill him I think he could do it pretty easily.
