@cleiy-u6r Hello, yeah something happened and they shut the account down. I managed to recover it but Microsoft said it thought it was compromised and have added additional requirenents to logon... I m going to see if I can remake a new video with a new password. But it may take me a week or two.

That's intersting. It looks like you need OpenGL, which is a componant of a Video Card. It may be that you do have a video card that supports the game. Or you need to install or update the driver.

When you bought it you shoulv'e tied it to an email address. Use that email to login when you load the game and it will unlock the full version
